This notice covers the Easetra company website at easetra.com. Each Easetra product, such as MyApplio and Orderdale, has its own privacy policy that applies when you use that product.
What we collect
This website does not require an account and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter (your name, email address, company if given, topic and message), along with your approximate country. The message is delivered to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Service, which also sends you one automatic email confirming we received it.
To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and we limit how many messages can be sent from one IP address. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse. We remember your language choice in a cookie so the site opens in that language next time.
How we use it
- To confirm we received your message, with one automatic email to the address you entered.
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on the topic you raised.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We never sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@easetra.com.
